Five fields, one standard.
We take on the parts of a system that are hard to get right and expensive to get wrong. Each field below comes with what we actually shipped.
Consensus, rollups, data availability, EVM nodes
We design, implement and review the core of blockchain protocols: consensus and its baker, mempool filtering and prioritisation, rollup nodes and refutation proofs, data availability networks, EVM execution nodes.
Typed languages, compilers, domain-specific languages
Our daily tools are OCaml and Rust. We work on compilers, type systems and small languages when a problem deserves one, such as Mitten, a language to script and replay consensus scenarios on real networks.
Reviews, adversarial testing, proofs when they pay off
Security reviews of smart contracts on Tezos and EVM chains, fuzzing and load testing of protocol code, and machine-checked proofs for the few components where a bug is unacceptable.
Smart contract reviews since 2021 (Dogami, SpicySwap, Fraktion…)
Rocq-proved detection algorithm in Argos
Indexing and analysing whole blockchains
Decoding, indexing and querying the full history of a chain, then turning it into investigation graphs and protocol analytics.
AI assistants on top of verified data
We connect AI assistants to trustworthy data instead of letting them guess: an MCP interface to query Argos, and a PhD on semi-automatic exploration of transaction graphs for investigators.
Pick the format that fits the problem.
Embedded engineers
Our engineers join your team on a component, for months or years. This is how we have worked on the Tezos core since 2021.
Scoped review
A fixed-scope review of a protocol, a contract or a critical module, with a written report and follow-up on fixes.
Research project
A funded collaborative project when the problem is open and needs academic partners.
